How to get help
Heart’s beating fast, feeling nervous about talking to someone you don’t know? It’s totally normal to feel unsure about whether you want to call or not. If you’ve found your way this far, one more step could make the difference between feeling alone and overwhelmed or knowing you’re taking action to feel better.
A lot of us want to not need help, but if you’re here, then some part of you is saying, “it’s time”. Trust the part of you that has gotten this far, that has said “yes, I’m curious, I want to know more, I could use some support and kindness”. I'm here to listen, to encourage, to remind you you don’t have to be alone.
The therapy I offer can help with anxiety
Whether it be about relationships, life choices and changes, or fears about your self worth and value, or some deep sense of unease, I meet you where you’re at and we plot a course together to support you in forming a life you can love. I accompany you through the ups and downs, and the all arounds. My collaborative approach connects the thinking mind and feeling body to help you learn regulation and resilience. Each person is unique so each therapy is formed moment by moment in our work together.

My office is conveniently located in the central San Diego neighborhood of Clairemont with easy access from the 805, 5, 163 and 52 highways. There is ample easy off street parking near and behind the building. Look for the tallest office building and come to the eighth floor.
